The Overview

Eating more fruit and veggies may be the single most important dietary change needed to improve health, protect against disease and help maintain a healthy weight. The overarching message for Eat Brighter, LiveLighter is when you're buying fruit and vegetables, think colour variety. The more colour you add to your meal, the healthier you will be.

The campaign was all about colourful creative nudging people in the right moment, reminding them at key points of purchase and hunger zones to buy more fruit and veg. This included intercepting people when grocery shopping, leaving the office to buy lunch, at the train station on the way home from work and on the radio while driving home.
