In WA, Mirvac works with Gatecrasher to develop brand identities and communications campaigns for its luxury apartment projects at Burswood, Leighton Beach and Claremont.
Mirvac’s ‘Reserve’ at Claremont on the Park provides a limited quantity of high quality apartments to affluent buyers. Gatecrasher was asked to bring distinctive style and class to the brand identity for this new Western Suburbs address.
Our styling for Reserve was everything expected from a premium Claremont development: sophisticated, elegant and understated. The project included a suite of brand assets with logos, secondary graphic devices, fonts and colours. Next came subsequent campaign materials ranging from onsite signage, site navigation, brochures, press, magazine, outdoor and digital advertising. The brand has been recognised by the Mirvac board as one of the best in their current national portfolio.
