Half Price Blinds is an online only blinds and curtain retailer within the ABC Blinds group. Gatecrasher was engaged to develop a new brand and digital strategy to help them differentiate and build a competitive edge in the increasingly competitive online blinds market.
We started with developing a brand strategy which focused the value-driven brand on a guiding purpose of 'No window undressed' and designed a new look and feel to match.
To live and digitally breathe the new purpose we then created a new brand character, Half Price Harvey (Harv), who we could use for brand engagement online. As the brand's endorser and entertainer, Harv will use any calendar event or cultural moment as an excuse to drop a sale or words of wisdom about DIY curtains and blinds.
